Cancellation Policy and Associated Charges
Terms of Service:
For airport pickups, no waiting charges will apply due to flight delays. However, a $10 fee per 15 minutes of waiting time will be charged for pickups from other locations (e.g., home, office, hotel, restaurant).
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. A 25% rescheduling fee will apply if changes are requested with less notice.
For cancellations, a minimum notice of 24 hours (local pickups) or 48 hours (cross-border pickups) is required. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for late cancellations; a 100% charge plus taxes will apply for cancellations at the scheduled pick-up time or for no-shows.

Sales Tax (GST): A 10% GST will be added to all rates.
A cleaning fee will be applied based on the extent of the vehicle’s condition, with charges ranging from $50 to $100.
Additional Stops: Need to make an extra stop? Extra fees will be added depending on the time and vehicle you select.
Toll Highway Usage: If a Toll Highway is used, an additional fee will apply as per their current rates.
